Do you ship internationally?

We do! Shipping does cost a little extra and can be calculated at checkout.

Can I return/Exchange my product?

In the case of clothing, for health reasons no, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure that the size you want is what you order.

For games, we offer exchanges for products damaged in shipping. The damaged product must be returned before a replacement will be shipped. Avdenn Games will pay for domestic return shipping. Please send us a message on our CONTACT page and we will start a support ticket.

if My product never arrived will you send me another?

All shipped items come with a tracking number. If the item is lost in transit, AvDenn Games will send a new copy.

Can i buy exclusive Kickstarter content after a project closes?

We do not keep a stock of Kickstarter exclusives and do not sell them outside of the Kickstarter project window.
